Ask Birdie Concierge for real lessons and open times, pick one, create an account, add a passkey and confirm. Then see what's coming up under My lessons, verify a mobile number and sign back in with a text code.

Passkey, text-code or email sign-in, today's lessons, packages and credits, cancellation recovery with owner approval, a record of every outgoing message, Birdie Concierge settings, and Security settings where the owner adds a mobile number and turns on student text-code sign-in.

What is birdieOS?: birdieOS is the golf version of the AI Ops Foundry business app, set up for lessons, coaches, bays and packages. Salons, barbershops and home-service businesses use the same app under the pTinksOS name. See pTinksOS.
Does birdieOS message my students automatically?: No. AI drafts and cancellation offers wait for an owner or manager to approve them. Email delivery only works once it's set up for your account.
Do students need an account to book?: Yes. Students create an account once and confirm their email with a short code, so they can see their lessons and reschedule within your rules.
Does birdieOS take card payments?: Not directly. Keep taking payments on your current terminal or app and record them in birdieOS. No card numbers are stored.
Can I teach juniors?: Yes. Junior golf is one of the lesson types, and Swing Lab video features for a junior need a parent or guardian's consent first.
Is it ready today?: birdieOS is in early access, so features may change. Plans are free while billing isn't active, and you'll be asked before any paid plan starts.
